Purchase Tracker (ver 2.1.1)
This program will allow you to track purchases made by customers. Purchase
Tracker has a very simple interface and is designed for a gentle learning curve.
It is specifcally targeted for small businesses that maintain a small inventory
and "move" modest quantites of products on a daily basis (e.g. < 100 products
sold / day).
Purchase Tracker Features:
- Keeps track of the products, quantities, prices, date, and customer for each purchase.
- Will automatically generate reminders for you to call customers back for their next
order.
- Keeps track of product inventory and warns you when quantities are low.
- Informs you dynamically of problems on the main interface.
- Can send E-Mail to customers, filtered by products purchased, purchase dates, or
combinations of these and other factors.
- Generates reports of all the major information kept in the program as text files
which can be opened in Excel.
- Gives you pin-point accuracy into what was sold, when it was sold, and to whom.
